Mrs. Nistor began today’s assembly by recognizing that Regina Huda School is on Treaty 4 Land and by leading us in O Canada.
Our Grade 5A class updated us on their recycling project progress this year. They let us know that they have won 2 awards this year as well as a $100 grant from SARCAN. Congratulations Grade 5A! Your hard work has made such a difference this year!
Teachers Nosiba and Manar came up to select this month’s wudu winners for students who have made wudu perfectly this month.

Mr. Giesbrecht congratulated our Archery students who participated in the provincial and national tournaments. Shifaan, Batoul, Sarmad, Abdullah, Abdulfattah, Aamina, and Zainab represented Regina Huda School very well. Congratulations to Mr. Giesbrecht for placing fourth in the national coaches’ shoot-off!
The Middle Years Student Leadership Council (MYSLC) advisors came to the front to thank this year’s group of students who represented and led our students so well this year. Mrs. Hibbert announced next year’s MYSLC. Congratulations to the students chosen to represent us!
Our grade 7 classes asked Ameer, Tina, Alaa, and Maham to demonstrate their speedstacking skills and participate in a mini-competition.
