May 2022 Grade 6 – 8 Assembly

We had a wonderful assembly with our grade 6, 7 and 8 students!

We began by recognizing that Regina Huda School is on Treaty 4 Land, listening to a recitation from the Qur’an and signing O’Canada.

We recognized this month’s H.U.D.A. students. Congratulations to students recognized for their Honesty this month: Merub R., Hania E., Lamar A., Husham E., Aisha G. and Hamna A.

Congratulations to students recognized for their Understanding this month: Rumeisa G., Azwa I., Mamoona A., Abdul H., Hiba W. and Saad A.

Congratulations to students recognized for their Discipline this month: Abrahim N., Fayaaz K., Anika C., Sara A., Zaid B. and Maryam S.

Congratulations to students recognized for their Academics this month: Adham M., Hebah F., Layla J., Narjess O., Sarim K. and Mahnoor M.

Teacher Douha drew the names of 3 students who have done a great job doing wudu this month.

We finished the assembly with Teacher Douha’s Grade 6A Arabic class reciting a piece they have prepared for this weekend’s fundraising dinner. Great job!
