Our Vision: Each year, Regina Huda School endures many new changes and challenges. This year, we became a small educational community within a larger one. We are learning each about the other and finding support in our association. Support for our teachers, students and families. We hope to continue to build upon our relationship to provide the best in education for our students. We are seeking growth as professionals, growth in strength and number as a community and growth in our ability to meet the individual needs of our students so that each child realizes their true potential.

Professional Development Program All teachers set professional learning goals and develop plans of action to achieve these goals. Teachers meet with colleagues regularly throughout the year to reflect on their progress. Professional development also occurs during monthly staff meetings, after school and weekends. In-service sessions may include such topics as curriculum updates, system initiatives and innovative classroom activities. RHS staff has explored the topics of ESL, program evaluation and problem solving through in-school based in-service. o.

High Expectations The RHS staff holds high expectations for student behavior at the school. Islamic Manners are incorporated into existing curricula by all classroom and Islamic teachers. School-wide activities such as Brotherhood Day, Ramadan Day, Mini Mosaic, and Shared Values Day focus on caring for each other and respecting individual differences.
