At our January assembly, we recognized December’s Huda Heroes for being responsible. Congratulations Wasequa Chowdhury, Abeera Iman, Alveena Alveena, Aemen Mohsin, Sumaiya Chowdhury, Mohammed Shawan, and Montaqua Chowdhury. Congratulations to the 29 students who went to the December Swift Current Debate Tournament with Ms. Mah! Congratulations to the students who were drawn for a prize for making wudu properly so consistently!
Grade One students were very excited to see a real black bear hide during the Bears presentation given by Regina Public Schools Outdoor Education Department.

The grade 1 and 2 class had a great time on their field trip to Agribition!
The high school students were very fortunate to listen to a presentation about how to be successful as a student and future professional. The speaker highlighted being proactive, setting short- and long-term goals, and Islamic virtues like kindness, respect, and honesty.
In small groups, the grade 11 students came up with ways to demonstrate various aspects of the senses. Groups moved from one station to the next, participating in a sense experience or demonstrating a sense to other students. There was lots of fun and lots of learning!
The grade 5 students used artwork to show the 99 names of Allah.
