Regina Huda School had ten teams competing in the Beginner and Intermediate Debates on Friday, October 20 at Elsie Mironuck School. To celebrate World Food Day, students in grades Kindergarten to Grade 4 participated in “The Big Crunch”. It is an opportunity to get excited about healthy eating, learning about our food system, highlighting the availability of local produce, and promoting growing our own food. Oct 2017Grade 5A Has Had a Great Start!
The grade 5A class has enjoyed a very busy September! Students have participated in the Terry Fox Run, Orange Shirt Day, a classroom visit from an owl as they are reading Owls in the Family, and a lot of reading and writing.

Our Grade 6 classes took time during the day on Wednesday, September 27, to help clean up the schoolyard. Mr. Sukovieff was very happy with their efforts! Thank you to the grade six students and teachers for making our school yard a cleaner place to play.
