High School Assembly

We had a great high school assembly on April 3! We began by singing O Canada and recognizing that Regina Huda School is on Treaty 4 land.
We celebrate the high school H.U.D.A. students of the month. Congratulations to Shakib D. for displaying honesty, Maryam S. for demonstrating understanding of others, Hamza E. for being so disciplined, and Aamina T. for her strong academics.
Mrs. Hall congratulated her grade 9 math students for their hard work to complete the Pascal Math Contest. Congratulations Azaan, Tahir, Abdulkarim, Aamina, Ossoba, Nimra, Medyna, Labeebah, and Loujane. Special congratulations to Medyna for completing in the top 25% of the competition!
Mr. Foreman announced that Maryam S. won the Saskatchewan Brain Bee Neuroscience Competition and will be representing Saskatchewan high school students at the national contest in Hamilton. Congratulations Maryam!
Mrs. Littlemore’s Advisory students organized a fun game of Kahoot for other advisories to test their knowledge of our high school teachers. Thank you, Mrs. Littlemore’s advisory; we had a lot of fun!
