We had terrific assemblies on Tuesday, October 3rd!

In both our Preschool – grade 5 and grades 6 – 8 assemblies, we began by recognizing that Regina Huda School is on Treaty 4 Territory. We celebrated the number of staff and students who wore orange shirts on Friday to recognize the importance of Truth and Reconciliation.

Teachers and students sang O’Canada and Omer O. and Muhammad F. recited from the Qur’an.

We celebrated this month’s H.U.D.A. students. In the Preschool to grade 5 assembly, we also recognized students who participated in Cross Country Running and celebrated students who qualified for City Finals.
